What to visit in the department of Drôme?

The Drôme takes its name from the river which crosses the department from North to South. The landscapes offered by this river are exceptional, such as the Claps de Luc, the Ramières nature reserve or the Trois Becs. Water activities, such as kayaking or canoeing, allow you to explore the Drôme and discover its many landscapes. The Drôme is also part of the Provence and its lavender fields which extend as far as the eye can see. The town of Nyons has a particular heritage, particularly that of the Black Olive and its fruity oil. While passing through the Drôme Provençale, we also advise you to stop in the beautiful villages of La Garde Adhémar, Le Poêt-Laval and finally Montbrun les Bains!

When to go to the department of Drôme?
