The setting

Very relaxed atmosphere, of grid camping, very close to Johnson a quint VT town known for community events and art studios. Land is right next to long trail and prospect rock permaculture.

The spots

Platforms available, for small tents, only vans are welcome no big RVs. Small camper trailers also possible. Tent available or bring your own.

No excessive drinking, cannabis is ok. Clothes optional, follow procedures for toilets and kitchen, respect the goats, respect the land, all good scraps and water to compost piles, respect for others on land. Welcome home!
