Description

Well-maintained plot in the middle of fields, 17 km from Le Mans, not far from a river, quiet, with a variety of pitches to suit all tastes!

The setting

The grounds of almost a hectare are surrounded by trees, with shady spots, and are very quiet, especially at night when only the sounds of nature lull us to sleep.
Be careful, however, on Saturday evenings, when some groups may be celebrating events on a nearby property.

You can place it wherever you like: in the shade, in the sun, near the field, near the vegetable garden, near the toilets...

The sanitary facilities

WC and washbasin with cold water are available outside.

The amenities

Electricity available outside (€2 in summer and €3 / day in winter per pitch).
Garden furniture available. Car parking on site.

The activities

Land 100 m from a river where fishing is possible. The Ballon keep and its gardens are nearby. Le Mans, with its old town, is 17 km away, and many sporting and cultural activities are available in the surrounding area.

Other things

Pets are not welcome on the property, in order to preserve the wildlife.

Respect the plantings and dispose of garbage in the garbage cans provided.
