On the other hand, a big camping car can only be installed on the parking lot of the organic grocery store, about 20 meters from the street.
You have permanent access to a toilet, an electric kettle and a fridge. Shower and laundry in the house or solar shower in one of the two greenhouses. Wifi if you stay close to the house.
Possibility to rent a vintage caravan for two adults and two children equipped with a shower and a kitchen. Bedding and towels provided. Supplement of 40€ for the first night and 20€ for the following ones to be paid on the spot.
At 500 meters from the big ring of Charleroi (exit 1) which gives direct access to the freeway Liège Paris (E42)

  • Jean-Claude is kindness itself... Very pleasant stay in this island of greenery surrounded by the city. Many thanks again. Best regards, Christian and Annie

  • Very helpful and friendly host. We have felt very comfortable.

  • Quiet spacious garden. Jean Claude even loaned us a kettle. With no official campsites nearby this an excellent alternative.

  • Nice place to be. Exellent host. For a camper- van our size, 6,9 mtr, the plot is a little small and difficult to acces. I suggest to reorganiseren the entrance. So the guests can go deper on the plot. Because there is sutch a great area in the back.

  • Jean Claude Was very friedlich and helpful. His place is right beide a busy street, so it was noisy. Besides that, everything was perfect. For a stopover on my jounrney to the Atlantic, it was perfect.

  • Nice place where to spend the night. We couldn't speak French but Jean-Claude was always very patient with Google translate communication and very attentive to our needs. Big plus: we bought magnificent bio eggs!!

  • Very good reception! An organic store for the followers... Clean and easy toilets for the conveniences.
    ????????

  • The reception of Jean Claude was perfect and very attractive his BIO store!!! The more problematic location of the van parked only a few meters from the busy road.... The noise is annoying, but we'll gladly go back for the kindness of J- C .....

  • Very nice host. His organic grocery store, his homemade bread and his pick-your-own vegetables are a plus and a delight.
Beautiful land with electricity. You can hear owls, woodpeckers, blackbirds. Close to nature, a few minutes from the highway.
The toilet is clean, tiled and permanently accessible.
To be strongly recommended for short stays.

  • Very good. Jean claude is a very friendley person and genereus with information about Charleroi and the area.
