Description

Small bivouac will welcome you during your stay. Nestled in the silence of a grassy field on the banks of the Indre, a peaceful river full of fish, you will have the pleasure of doing various activities (canoeing, paddle, fishing). Located in the heart of Touraine and the Loire castles, near Tours.

Private land in a condominium of 34 plots
Very quiet, many animals (squirrels, deer, birds), grassy and wooded
Cabin on the ground (possibility of renting it by night for 2 adults, contact us), you can nevertheless enjoy a covered terrace and another open terrace facing the river

Shady or sunny flat land with easy access for small vans (max. height 2.50 meters) or tents

Dry toilets at disposal, common drinking water point at the entrance of the condominium
Emptying area for chemical toilets at 2 minutes

⚠️ No electricity or WIFI on site! If needed, possibility to use tables, garden chairs and a brazier (on request).

The land is located at about 500 m from a kayak and paddles rental company, from bars and restaurants and from the center of the village which has all the services and shops (mini-market, pharmacy, bar-tobacco-games, pizzeria, cash dispenser Crédit Agricole, post office, tourist office, medical office...)
