Two restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk away, or more than 2 kilometers away in the town of Villers-sur-Mer.

Our entrance gate is on one of the country walks, Le Chemin de l'Eglise au Manoir (the path from the Church to the Manor House) down ancient country lanes (with virtually no traffic) which lead to the long sandy beaches. Two restaurants are within an easy (flat) 10 minute walk , or many more 2 kilometres down in the town of Villers-sur-Mer.

The spots

We have created the campsites with mowed paths leading to them to be as far apart as possible to give a feeling of privacy and peace and quiet away from the buildings.

The sanitary facilities

The barn has been fitted out for Homecampers with a shower room with toilet and washbasin; an additional separate toilet and a kitchen sink for washing up, all with hot water.

Please note that we are on a septic tank and sand filter system and not on mains drainage. So please take short showers, respect the information sheet we put in the showers to explain this and take into account that we are camping in our private garden, not in a commercial campground.

Other things

We are happy to accept dogs if they are kept well under control because we have a little flock of chickens who roam around the site all day. However, there is plenty of space for walking them around the site and in the adjoining lanes.

No worries with dogs if they are kept led at all times as we have a nice flock of chickens roaming free during the day. That said, you will have plenty of room to walk around the field with them as long as they stay away from the chickens.

  • Great welcome by Anne, very nice ground! ????

  • Great welcome and beautiful grounds! I would love to come!

  • We had a great weekend at Anne's! We were very welcome. The garden is very nice, with various pitches. The sanitary facilities are functional and offer a small dry locker with access to a sink, electrical outlets and even a clothesline. The setting is beautiful, close to the beach and the cliffs! Everything can be done on foot.

  • Very good stay in Auberville where Anne is very welcoming as well as Miquel
We will come back because the weather was not good
Toilet and shower very clean but not used because autonomous

  • We were 6 adults and 8 children who came with 1 camper and 3 vans, the stay was very pleasant. The hosts are very available and welcoming. The garden is very big, the children loved to walk around and the authorization to make a campfire and the possibility to feed the chickens in the morning amazed them. A good half hour walk and you are at the beach, really nice!

  • Warm welcome, quiet location and very well situated.
Perfect for a night in a van.
    Thank you Anne and Tom

  • Anne was very welcoming, her grounds are beautiful, there is plenty of room to walk around and access to the beach in about 30 minutes on foot. The water in the shower was very hot even if we had to be careful with the consumption because it is a system with a septic tank. The price was a little bit expensive (25€ for two in a mini-van).

  • A magical and secluded place to enjoy the area which promises beautiful walks with incredible panoramas.
A warm and friendly welcome that makes you want to stay.
A perfect place for a van in the middle of nature.
    Thank you for everything!
Damien and these 3 children who have played in the garden full of surprises!

  • We had a warm welcome from Ann, and Miquel give us a great spot to camp. Out of the wind and we can make a fire. The sanitair was good en the space great. The walk to the village was nice, the village self had many shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay a couple of days.

    Thanks Anne, Tom and Miquel.

  • Very good reception
    Clean sanitary facilities
    Quiet location
    See you soon

  • Very good reception in a beautiful place. Quiet and green with a view of the sea at the end of the field.
Good fresh eggs if you ask nicely ????.
The sanitary facilities need to be improved but this is planned for the near future.
    Ideal for camping car.
    We will come back there.

  • Thank you very much to Anne and Tom for their welcome and their sympathy.

The site is simply remarkable. And even with an installation in a tent, under the rain, on February 22, we had with my 3 daughters a wonderful stay.

And the English accent in an impeccable French of our hosts made us travel even further.

The only thing that is certain: We will return ????⛺????⛺

Thank you for allowing me to spend these great moments with my daughters, and create these memories....

  • Good reception, large lot available

  • Hello Tom & Anne, we spent my children and myself a very good stay with you, thank you for your dedication and your kindness and your good reception with patience, it is with great pleasure that I will renew this magnificent and welcoming stay, all my greetings.

  • We had a great time on Anne and Tom's beautiful property. A small haven of peace with a view on Deauville illuminated at night. Thanks to them for the welcome.

  • A beautiful place, well located with large spaces. Welcoming, attentive and accommodating hosts! It feels like home, I recommend.

  • One night spent at Anne and Tom's with my VAN. Excellent experience, large field with superb view on the Normandy countryside.
Toilet, shower, electricity available and excellent welcome from Anne! Thank you.

  • Anne is a very good host who welcomes you with a smile. Beautiful grounds with plenty of choice for the location.
    I highly recommend it!

  • pleasant stay surrounded by nature, very calm and beautiful view from the caravan;
good reception; and especially a lot of distance between the campers.
good atmosphere; a lot of space for the children to play.

  • It was a great time shared with the kids (9 and 8 years old). They loved it, the freedom to put our tent where we wanted. Anne and Miguel super friendly. I recommend you for the tranquility. Villers sur mer 5min by car, and nice walk in the forest. We are thinking of coming back for more than 2 days next year.

  • Good experience at Anne and Tom's, we were very well received by Anne.

Our one week stay went very well and the setting is superb.

The only negative point is the state of the sanitary facilities which lack cleanliness (even taking into account the water draining problem of the shower, a more thorough cleaning would be appreciated).

  • Anne and Tom are very nice and hospitable hosts. They invited us to their local evening market so we had a wonderful first day. We'd love to visit them again.
    -Lilia and Kevin

  • Very pleasant stay. Anne is very welcoming and sympathetic. The place is quiet and located about fifteen minutes from the beach. I highly recommend it.

  • It is a very discreet couple who welcomed us on their immense property.
We spent a pleasant moment. One morning while we were having breakfast, one of their dogs came to visit us. And their chickens that do their life without taking care of anyone, it's great!

  • Very pleasant stay. Anne and Miguel very welcoming and friendly. Thanks to them and maybe see you another time.

  • Very quiet and pleasant setting!

  • Good welcome from Anne. Very pleasant location, because the land is very large. This place is very quiet. It is located at only fifteen minutes from the beach. Thank you for this good moment.

  • The place was very pleasant, quiet and enough space. We had nice walks to the beach. Its hard to get up, bit its a good excercise!

  • Perfect place for a night in our van. The sanitary facilities are a bit old. Very good welcome from Anne !

  • Anne's place has a beautiful view and nice walks around.it is close to the sea and nice litlle villages.
Chicken run free around, the kids loved it.
The only inconvenient is the sanitary.they were dirty.(weren't cleaned every day).
Anne is really nice and was willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
    Thank you!

  • Very good stay, very pleasant host and a lot of freedom once there.

  • Very nice place. We had a field as a garden, perfect as desired. Warm welcome and simplicity. I highly recommend the place and Tom & Anne. It was our first home-camping experience, a really enriching experience.

  • We spent a week visiting Normandy from the campsite.

The pitches are very large and far apart, so you don't step on each other's toes... We had a site in a small grove in the shade of beautiful trees that allowed us to stay cool despite very hot days.

From the campsite, you can easily reach the beach and the shops of Villers sur Mer by the GR (20 to 30 minutes). We can via a fast access to the A13, easily visit the landing beaches.

The sanitary facilities leave something to be desired: Problem of water flow in the shower, Cleaning to be revised. A minimal investment (tiling the floor in place of the unstuck lino, jointing and painting the plasterboard, ....) is essential.

  • Super warm welcome.
Very peaceful place next to Villers sur Mer, a very elegant little village in Normandy.
Just a small remark about the sanitary facilities which could use a little cleaning.
    Address to be recommended!

  • Second stay at Anne and Tom's where everything is still perfect. Ground, sanitary, reception, nothing is to change. We will come back with pleasure.

  • Tom and Ann, are more then you can wish for as a host. Very direct and easy in communication and a very personal and heart warming welcome. We enjoyed our stay there and can only advise you to camp there.
The spot was perfect for us and the sanitary facilities more then sufficient! Our daughter also enjoyed playing with the dogs and feeding the chickens. We will definitely come back! Greetings. Laura, Cedric and Anouk

  • Anne is a very gracious hostess. On her property there are many possibilities to find a nice place. We quickly made friends with the cute chickens and the dogs.
A nice walking path leads to the beach in 20 minutes.
The only drawback, with a total of 16 people, the two toilets and the shower came to their limits.

EN - We were welcomed very nicely by Anne, who showed us around the property, accompanied by 2 curious and lovely dogs. There are multiple spots where you can camp in all privacy, whe has the privilege to set up our tent in the little forrest. From the campsite you can easily walk to the beach in about 25min, the perfect evening walk.

Thank you Anne and Tom for the nice stay!

  • perfect location

  • We had an excellent stay. Anne welcomed us with a lot of warmth and kindness. The place is enchanting and everything is available to spend a pleasant moment.

  • Very nice place to put your tent. Very quiet, 20-30 minutes walk from the beach. The welcome was great with little training sessions for our 2 dogs for our girls.
Little advice: just review the shower and the water drain.

  • Excellent experience, Anne was very careful with us. We slept in a tent, in a quiet place, in the shelter of an undergrowth, on the vast land of the owners. Clean shower and sanitary facilities, an ideal destination to explore the region. Special mention to the fresh eggs that can be bought on the spot at very low prices... We will come back ! Benjamin and Mathilde

  • Anne is very welcoming and friendly.
the location is quite practical if you want to discover the normandy side.
on the other hand, we may not have found the ideal place for our van, but it was on the parking lot. the toilets and showers are also limited in terms of cleanliness. To recommend for small budgets or for less busy periods...

  • We stayed at Tom and Anne's for 3 nights. We were two large families with young children and everyone adapted very well.

  • We loved it! Had the place all to ourselves and enjoyed the beautiful landscape and friendly welcome. Anne was such a gracious host and we even got to taste some homemade bread and eggs from her chicken for breakfast! Only a short walk (20 Min) away from the seaside and a little town. The shower could use a little makeover/repairs, but I think they were working on that. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place.

  • We had a very good stay with Anne and Tom.
Very friendly welcome and located near Honfleur, Le Havre and the Normandy coast.
    Sanitair correct and clean.
    Thank you Anne!

  • The ideal spot to visit the region! Charming and efficient welcome, huge and very calm ground. Fellow cyclists: the climb is tough but the effort is largely rewarded. Thank you Anne and Tom.

  • What a lovely place to stay. The hosts Anne and Tom are great. The view is amazing and the surroundings are very nice (the sea and city are a 30 minute walk away). We were able to choose where to set our tent and even enjoyed an evening by the campfire. They offer a small room with a bathroom, a sink and a power outlet.

It was a very pleasant and comfy experience. We will come back very soon, for sure !
