Description

In a park of 15 000 m² we offer you about 5000m² and access to an open, half-timbered building. There is a table of 6 plus 2 small side tables with chairs and deck chairs. A large gas barbecue with hot plate and a built-in sink. Electricity and running water are available from the main house. You have access to a chemical toilet in a separate room.

The setting

Birds singing, pond, beehives, orchard. An ideal place to rest while looking at the tall trees. The sun can accompany you from morning to evening because the plot is large.

The spots

There is plenty of room to park your vehicle, minivan or camper. The land is flat.

The sanitary facilities

The amenities

There is no solar shower yet, but you can take it at the inhabitant's house.
Electricity is provided from the main house as well as running water.

The activities

The famous beaches of Saint Valéry en Caux and Veules les roses are less than 10 km away. There you will find many water activities. The lake of Caniel also offers many ways to have fun and to do sports or to walk. Dieppe and Rouen are about 40 km away for shopping or museum visits. The many castles and gardens of the region are also worth discovering.

Rules

Children should be supervised as there are beehives and the pond is not fenced.
Making noise after 8 pm is not recommended.
If you come and go at night, please close the gate behind you.
