Description

In the countryside, in the heart of greenery, you will appreciate the house for its calm and the swimming pool which is at your disposal.

The setting

Treed, on a hill, calm and soothing.
We don't have many large trees on the lot because it's a new house.
The view is beautiful.

The spots

The terrain is slightly sloping. The entrance gate is 4 meters long.
Please note that large caravans cannot enter as our entrance faces another house.

The sanitary facilities

All sanitary facilities are accessible in the house, with hot water.

The amenities

All the equipment in the house is accessible.
We can lend an extension cord if required.

The activities

In the surrounding area, you can visit the Vallée des Singes in Romagne, the Parc de la Belle in Magné, the Futuroscope 45 minutes away, and the Vieux Cormenier at Chez Bernardeau.

Other things

A surveillance camera is at the entrance to the house for your safety.

Rules

Being at home, I offer all its facilities (bathroom, washing machine and a small space in my fridge if needed). If I'm away for a few hours, we'll work something out.

No noise after 9 p.m. during school holidays and 11 p.m. at other times, as we have small children. Smokers are asked to dispose of their cigarette butts in an ashtray (or barbecue, provided).

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€3 / person)

Breakfast includes a choice of coffee, tea or chocolate, cereals, toast, fruit, dairy products and compotes. Free for children under 3.

Tent ready

From April to October, a 4-seater caravan is available if required. A supplement of €15 per night will be charged for the rental. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance if you wish to reserve it, so that we have time to connect the electricity if you wish to use the fridge.

We also have a 3-seater tent with inflatable mattress for rent at €5 per night.
