Choupette is a small caravan transformed into a guest bedroom. Wood panelling, cushions, something cosy.

The setting

In the heart of a country hamlet, there's little traffic in the vicinity and children can play in the grounds.

The spots

It's a small caravan with a real 140cm bed and bedding. There's electricity just like in a real bedroom. My darling has also installed a desk with a connection for a laptop or cell phone.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are in a room called the washing shed, 50 meters from Choupette. You'll find a double sink, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. Of course, there's hot and cold water with a 200-liter hot water tank.

The amenities

Normally you can receive wifi internet in the summer kitchen.
This is fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, stove.
Also basic elements on request.
Electricity is available from this kitchen.

The activities

Nearby hiking, biking, horseback riding and boat tours of the Marais Poitevin ....

Other things

We have 1 other accommodation, a cabin.
A 2 second tent is available, but it is not set up or equipped.

But who are we?
Our desires? to meet, exchange and share...
Our convictions? support for local life, organic produce (AMAP du pré au panier) and (phone number hidden)waste (ZD collective).

Land & setting
  • Pleasant stay in a bucolic and above all very quiet location, plus the outdoor shower is a real treat. The owners, Anne and her husband, are very nice.

  • Cousinade on 3 nights where we could privatize the ground the caravan and the small house. Everything is as described, simple, natural, practical and cosy. Anne is very attentive, reactive and has good advice for the discovery of the Marais Poitevin. The summer kitchen is a real plus. Board games and ping pong table are available. For lovers of the real countryside. A very good experience with family or friends if you are looking for a natural place to meet people.

  • This caravan is a perfect haven of peace, refurbished and decorated with care. Anne has a great sense of hospitality, knows how to make her guests feel comfortable right away and gives great recommendations for tours adapted to your desires, ideas for restaurants and visits not to be missed. We followed his advice with our eyes closed and we were not disappointed. We were able to use the bikes provided, very practical! The common living room where the kitchen is located is conducive to exchanges with other campers. The atmosphere is joyful and warm and respectful of everyone's desires. It was our first experience with home camping, and we can't wait to renew the adventure during our next stay.
A big thank you Anne, everything was great!

  • A treat!
You will put your luggage in a bucolic setting where nature and campers evolve in harmony. Choupette is very functional, cosy and more than comfortable (getting out of bed in the morning becomes a real challenge ......). As for Anne and Jacques, there are no words, EXCEPTIONAL hosts: of a kindness defying any competition, full of humor and excellent gastronomic guides ;)
Continue like that, you are at the top !!!!
    See you soon! Pauline
