Description

Welcome to the Sarthe in Neuville sur Sarthe at Pain Bénit !

The setting

The land is planted with fruit trees and surrounded by fields. You can make a corner in the sun or in the shade. The house is situated in a dead end street and therefore there is little or no traffic. A hiking path is adjacent to the property and it is therefore possible to go on the available routes in the commune and the region.

The spots

The site is flat, enough to put several tents if needed and away from the main house and easy to access.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities (WC, showers - Attention hot water balloon) will be shared and accessible in the house at reasonable times (agree together on the time you want to access it), The washing machine is potentially accessible if needed with a supplement of 2€ paid on site)

The amenities

Equipped with a box, we will be able to distribute Wi-fi, if the range allows it. We can provide electricity. It is possible to put one or two motorcycles under cover if needed.

The activities

Activities are varied in the area and available within a 15 min drive, and many hikes are possible from the house (the GR36 is accessible within 3km).

Other things

Please try to plan with a minimum and reasonable delay your reservation request in order to prepare us properly for your arrival.

Rules

The house and its immediate surroundings are non-smoking. For the access to the grounds, the schedules remain free. Discretion is required for the good of all.

If necessary, we can lend you a 2-seater tent. We would ask you a supplement of 2 euros to be paid on the spot.

The only small mistake: a fire in the garden gave the tents and textiles a smoky smell, but our hosts apologized. A very nice first experience.
