Description

Nestled in the heart of a small village 30 minutes from Le Mans, ideal for the 24 H race, 10 minutes from the Le Mans/Alençon freeway, 12 km from Entre Sillé le Guillaume and 9 km from Beaumont.

The setting

Gites close to Le Mans while enjoying the Sarthe countryside (forest, Lac de Sillé). The house is close to a 12th-century church.

The spots

the gite is currently being renovated, so it is possible to have access to a shower room, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Access is via a gate adjoining two houses (one rented and under construction, the other owner's house). The enclosed garden is to the rear of the house under construction, and is large and intimate enough to provide a certain amount of peace and quiet. Rules to be agreed (waste sorting, garbage cans).
