Description

The South West is also famous for its gastronomy.
You will discover very good restaurants.
You will also be able to visit farms producing foie gras, magrets, tomato producers (Marmande), prunes (Agen) and you will be close to the best wine varieties, Sauterne, Bordeaux.

The setting

The garden is 3 hectares, we have installed a swimming spa which has a built-in jacuzzi and a swimming part with free access.
We also have hammocks where you can take a nap in the shade of the trees.
You can also practice fishing because we have a private pond of more than 1000m² which is endowed with fishes like carps, roaches, gudgeons...

The spots

For tents, you will be able to set up on shady places and for caravans and camping cars you will be near electricity and water.
The terrain is easily accessible and flat.

The sanitary facilities

You will have access to the bathroom of the house as well as the toilets, the washing machine, the dishwasher.
I can also propose you a formula in meal table of hosts (price according to the demand) or only the night(s) with or without the breakfast.

The amenities

I can provide you with a microwave, dishes, basic items (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, oil, vinegar...).
You will be able to use electricity inside and outside the house and we can provide an extension cord if needed.
You can also leave your cell phone to charge easily.

The activities

The region does not lack interest and activities:
- castles to visit,
- canoeing on the Garonne or the Dropt,
- boat rides without a license on the Garonne canal which joins the Canal du Midi
- hiking, biking or mountain biking,
- lakes equipped with a beach for swimming with picnic areas or restaurants at 15 kms,
- Sea at 1 hour,
- Amusement park (accro branches) and animal park.
- Most beautiful villages of France nearby,

Other things

Moreover, being bordered by the Dordogne, you will have the possibility to visit this region.

Rules

You can come and go as you please, respecting the rules of good manners.
- The use of the swimming spa is under your entire responsibility, children alone are not allowed to use it.
- The ground must remain clean,
- Respect of the place and the neighborhood.
We accept your animals under your responsibility.

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

Child : 4 €. Breakfast includes: Coffee, milk, chocolate, tea, cereals, fruit juice, pastries, homemade cakes, buns, bread, butter, jams, homemade Nutella type chocolate, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs, cold cuts.

Situation

  • In spite of the kindness, the very good reception and all the good will of Hervé, the stay was disappointing because his land does not correspond any more to the description and the photos following a period of inactivity. The land is overgrown, a car wreck, a large pit in the middle with rubble, a rubbish dump,... Spa abandoned and unusable.
    For those allergic to yellow vests and other conspiracy theorists, please refrain.
    I hope that Hervé will rehabilitate the whole as he has planned because the domain and the setting deserve it.
