Description

A corner of nature on the outskirts of Nantes.
Come and relax and recharge your batteries!
My house is located on a 4500M2 plot with trees and a garden shed (see other ad on this site).
I love to welcome and share the environments I create for getting together, with loved ones, or with oneself in connection with nature and one's inner self.

The setting

Well-treed plot with sunny areas and large trees, chestnut, oak and fruit trees (fig, plum, cherry, apple, etc.).
The birds are the singing inhabitants ;).
There are houses all around on large plots of land.
The roads are small country lanes.

The spots

Take your pick... :) Not really defined, either near the shed if no one is staying there, or in the more wooded area... Your vehicle will be parked a few steps from your pitch. Or on the lawn occasionally (depending on weather and residents) and on request for vans.

The sanitary facilities

Only when I'm there, the bathroom is accessible directly from outside and will be open at times to be discussed with you.
In my absence (vacations or other), there is a cold shower (or lukewarm depending on the weather), and an outside drinking water point along the house.
Dry toilets are located behind the cabin.

The amenities

Wifi Internet access is available near the house.
For cooking, there's a common brazier/barbecue (wood available with a contribution, otherwise bring your own charcoal). A kettle is available in the cabin.
There are external electric and USB sockets in the cabanon and an electric socket on the back terrace for small consumption.
For auxiliary heaters and extension leads to tents or camper vans, add 4€/day.

The activities

Relaxation, reading, walks in the surrounding countryside. Table tennis, shuffleboard, ball...
The historic center of Nantes is about 20 minutes away by car. Numerous cultural and festive activities in Nantes. The Erdre, "François Ier called it "the most beautiful river in France"", is 10/15 minutes away by car, and many walks or water sports activities are possible (Sucé sur Erdre, a pretty little port, the Ile de Versailles in Nantes and the bar/restaurant barges...).

Other things

While we're away, you can take the eggs from the hens, and give them something to drink if you need to...

Rules

Access/schedules, to be adapted according to your needs and my availability/possibilities.

No night disturbances.

Parties and invitations possible to a certain extent and only on request.
Music, dancing and lights around the fire, a supplement will be asked: 5€ per guest if they don't take the camping option via my ad for campers.

Beware of small children (I don't accept children under 6), animals (dog not used to small ones/cats/chickens), uneven ground, prickly plants and open ground on the road (not enclosed).
