Description

Tranquill unregimented campsite .....

The setting

Several fields are available for camping in the middle of a small farm in a protected national park in La Manche, Normandy. The only traffic to be heard is from the occasional tractor passing by the farm on the small road 500m away and visitors to the stalks nesting in the local ruined castle/

The spots

Shade is available with flat ground and the spots are easy to reach, although if guests would like to camp in a separate field they are more than welcome.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities are built on the campsite in the 'cabin', with a small kitchen (hot water, sink and gas hob); a shower room (hot water); separate toilet; and caravan waste facilities. 6 Caravan hook ups are available.

The amenities

The kitchen has a gas hob and sink but guests should bring tableware and pans. Electric hook-ups are available for caravans.
Heated covered outdoor swimming pool is also available for guests.. subject to seasonal variations.

The activities

Visit Bayeux, Mont Saint Michel and the D Day Beaches - lots of activities for the whole family.
Bicycle storage is available; and bikes are available for hire (10 Euros per day) with lots of cycle & walking paths in the local area and throughout Normandy, this is a great way to see the sights.
Tours are also available (from 150 Euros per day) of the Normandy sights.

Rules

All we ask is for campers to respect the animals we have on the farm (goats, cats & geese), leave the space as you find it and relax,...
