That you respect this park and what I put at your disposal, not to make too much noise at night, (I have neighbors) to be very careful if you are a smoker.
I have animals: two dogs, three cats, sometimes the fox who comes to do the garbage and some curious squirrels.

The setting

Quiet place, not isolated, but wooded, dead end street but not for hikers. Many animations and activities in the surroundings, periods of July and August, night markets are proposed to you for the gourmets (local products), and spectacles on Périgueux like Mimos, etc....
Cave to visit at 15 km.
Don't forget to visit Périgueux and its cathedral.
I hope you will enjoy our cicadas.

The spots

Flat ground under the trees or on the lawn between the two small woods, fenced ground with for the moment a not very elaborate closure (to be seen in the future), the ground is a little bit sloping, which is very appreciable in case of heavy rains.

The sanitary facilities

The caravans and camping cars are provided with all their equipment for toilets and wc, the city of Sarliac has a service area for emptying.
You can arrive between 10.30 am and 7 pm.

The amenities

Possibility to put an extension cord outside the house.
I put at your disposal a cold water pipe in the undergrowth (middle of the property).

The activities

Swimming pool, hiking, lazing around, visiting the department which offers a lot of entertainment, castles, caves, gourmet markets, canoeing, etc.

Other things

Please respect this park and what I put at your disposal, do not make too much noise at night, be very careful if you are a smoker.
I have animals: two dogs, three cats, sometimes the fox who comes to do the garbage and some curious squirrels.

If you come with children, they are under your full responsibility, especially regarding the swimming pool, and must not be left unsupervised by those accompanying them.
Do not throw cigarette butts in the grounds.

Land & setting
  • Superb stay! Quiet and very nice land, very well located in the Perigord, and above all a top welcome by Nicole, always in a good mood! Very welcoming and helpful! Thanks a lot!

  • Staying at Nicole's place was great. Nicole is very kind and helpful, we spent 10 days extra. As soon as we arrived Nicole gave us an envelope with lots of brochures about the region (visits, restaurants, market days, etc.). The children appreciated that the dogs, cats and chickens were totally free. The only negative thing that I would remember about Nicole is that she met some "Gampeurs" who were disrespectful of all this.
Kisses Jérôme, Barbara, Caroline and Alexandre.

  • How would you describe the stay at Nicole's house?

We loved the smell of cats in the house, the chicken shit around our tent, the so called vegetable garden two meters away from our head which is used as a cat box, the granny who picks up the dog droppings at meal time...We loved the shelter provided to us in case of rain to eat, which was a cellar under the pool. What else for this great stay? Oh yes, the toilets and the bathroom in Nicole's house, with supervised access, where it is almost forbidden to sow the slightest blade of grass and which really don't make you want to wash or anything else. Finally, the patient Nicole is not always sociable, and sometimes doesn't appreciate that we come to her house when she is in front of her TV... And then the little extras of Nicole : the envelope given to us the first day with the tourist leaflets without any comment, the gas bought, supposedly out of kindness... And I forgot, the good "périgourdin" restaurant recommended by Nicole : the pizzeria of the village! Yes thank you Nicole, now we know what the worst of GAMPING is, after having known the best in Aveyron last year. Finally we just got rid of the smell of cat's piss...

  • Very good reception. We arrived on the spot, we were missing some things that Nicole provided us. Nice pool. Quiet ground. A place really to visit, very beautiful region.

  • Very good stay with Nicole. For a 1st experience Gamping, the bar is already very high, whether it is on the level of the reception, the ground, the services. Ideal with children who might get attached to the animals (dogs, cats and chickens) and even to Nicole and her mother. Thank you for these good moments shared. We recommend and if we return near Perigueux. We will return without hesitation.

  • A refreshing stay as much by the welcome of Nicole and Angele her mother as by the swimming pool (very pleasant after a visit of this magnificent region)

  • Great experience! Nicole is a lovely person, very nice to talk to and helping for discovering this area. We wish we could stay more!

  • What can I say? For a first experience the bar is pretty high! Everything was perfect! What a smile and what good suggestions for this stay initially planned for two nights and which lasted five!
Thank you Nicole and I will see you soon in the Perigord!

  • Nicole welcomed us like family. We immediately felt at home. The setting is ideal, a beautiful wooded area, a large pool, a magnificent region. A very nice week! Thanks to Nicole and Angèle!
