Description

A bivouacking experience in a traditional hórreo of Asturias (16 m2) for immersion in an organic farm with native varieties in danger of extinction (ponies, sheep, chickens, pigs, goats).
The Asturian hórreo is an identity reference of Asturias. It is not an accommodation and the rate of the proposed experience corresponds to the daily activities scheduled in July and August at the farm, being the traditional barn the space available to bivouac and enjoy for several days the list of activities scheduled at the eco-farm.

The setting

Organic farm with native varieties in danger of extinction (ponies, sheep, chickens, pigs, goats) and farm products.
Ethology activities with ponies and traditional crafts (pottery, wool from our sheep).
We offer the possibility to live an experience in an eco-farm, where bivouacking and the use of shower and WC are available.
The possibility of bivouacking on the farm is offered by prior reservation and is associated with the participation in cultural and environmental activities of an educational farm in the family environment of the Earth Festival, which we celebrate in July and August, and the other active training workshops at the ecoagrotourism school based on the ecofarm.

The spots

It is not an accommodation. The hórreo is a traditional and bioclimatic construction and an identifying element of an Asturian farm, and therefore the appropriate space to bivouac and participate in its conservation.

Rules

Our biodiversity conservation project requires respect for the landscape and wildlife present on our land.
Contributions are assigned to the environmental and cultural awareness activities of the Ecoagrotourism Foundation installed at the farm as part of the Earth Festival in July and August since 2017.
The rate per person corresponds to participation in the programmed activities, given that the attic is not an accommodation and only allows bivouac.
From September to June, this proposal is combined with the Ecoagrotourisme Foundation's workshops and active training courses.

Nuestro proyecto de conservación de la biodiversidad requiere respeto del paisaje y de la fauna presente en la finca.
Las aportaciones están asociadas a las actividades de sensibilización ambiental y cultural de la Fundación Ecoagroturismo con sede en la finca en el marco del Festival de la Tierra celebrado en julio y agosto desde 2017.
La tarifa por persona corresponde a la participación en las actividades programadas ya que el hórreo no es un alojamiento y sólo permite el vivaqueo.
De setiembre a junio esta oferta está asociada a los talleres y cursos de formación activa de la Fundación Ecoagroturismo.
