Description

The land is surrounded by fences, walls or vegetation, so you will have almost no vis-a-vis with the neighborhood.

The setting

The hamlet is very quiet, far from any main road. Only a small road crosses the hamlet and is frequented only by the inhabitants.

The spots

There is no specific location on the site, you can set up wherever you want!

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are shared with us, but the bathroom is private and dedicated to you. They are located inside the house, on the first floor, on the terrace side, without having to cross the whole house.
They are accessible from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. A key of the house will be given to you to access it in case of absence of our part.
A cold water tap is accessible 24 hours a day outside, at the back of the house, on the ground side.

The amenities

Wifi is available (only in the vicinity of the house, notably on the terrace, but not at the back of the property).
The kitchen is accessible from time to time to take your things in the fridge or for breakfast.
A 16A electrical outlet located in the garage is at your disposal, as well as a 50m reel to go to your tent.
The garage remains open 24 hours a day, which will allow you to take shelter or to put your equipment under cover in case of bad weather (rare in Brittany...).

The activities

The Lorient region is famous for its interceltic festival in August, but also for its large beaches, its surfing, diving, sailing and fishing spots, its numerous walks or bike rides on the coast, its kayak trips on the Scorff or the Laîta rivers etc...
You will also find near the zoo of Pont-Scorff, the golf course of Quéven, the Atelier d'Estienne, regional fund of contemporary art etc... There is no shortage of activities, especially in summer and mid-season (September being for me the best time to come to Brittany!).
