Description

Cabin nestled in two 100 year old oak trees at 4m height

The setting

Anne Malet is the daughter of Louis Malet and Marie de Balzac, her parents owned the castle around the year 1500. As beautiful as she was intelligent, she was kidnapped and married by her cousin Pierre de Balzac, who was madly in love with her and feared that she had too many suitors.

It is nestled 4 meters high and is accessible to children from 2 years old thanks to its wooden spiral staircase.

Inside, a double bed and three single beds allow it to accommodate a family of 5 people.

The sanitary facilities

The dry toilets are at the bottom of the hut in a shed and not inside!

The amenities

A wood stove has recently been installed and allows the cabin to be heated all year round.
