At 1205 meters of altitude.

In an old typical Jura farmhouse (from 1809) located 500 meters from the departmental road that connects La Pesse to Le Désertin (Direction Viry). The place called Le Cernétrou is itself located at 1 km from the village of La Pesse (all amenities: tourist office, butcher's shop, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, etc.). The house is particularly sunny because it is located upstream from the village.

The bathroom and sanitary facilities are not at the bottom of the garden but 30 meters away in the owner's house!
