The setting
The domain is an eco-touristic site which has opted for a reasoned management of water, a selective sorting, a use of products labeled ecoresponsible for cleaning.
We are in the woods located from 50m to 350m from the reception area.
It is advised to prefer the backpack to the suitcase and sports shoes to city shoes.
Many advices concerning hiking can be given to you.
Animals are allowed but not in the accommodations. They must sleep in the car, be kept on a leash and have no access to the premises.
The spots
It is a tent suspended in the woods equipped with :
- Mattress, fitted sheets, pillows and pillow cases
- Sleeping area from 215cm to 250 cm in diameter
On the domain you will find :
- A reception room open 24 hours a day
- Heated showers
- Common terraces and pergola.
The amenities
You will find a comfortable round mattress with a fitted sheet, pillows and their covers (the bedding is changed every day) as well as storage pockets for your small things. A bag hanging under the nest will accommodate your shoes. You will need to bring a comforter or comforters as we do not provide them. We advise you to come equipped with flashlights (at night, the forest is only lit by the eyes of owls...). If you don't have one, we can rent you one (1€ + deposit).
You will access it in a simple way, the nests are installed between 1.5 meter and 3 meters of the ground (maximum authorized height without safety equipment). They are installed so that you can access them by your own means and in complete safety. You will be totally autonomous: once we have introduced you to your accommodation, no chaperones in the forest!
From there, perched in your nest, you will enjoy the forest and its inhabitants: owls, squirrels, deer and a whole bunch of adorable little creatures... You will be lulled into listening to this world that invites you to meet it.
The activities
The domain works with local producers and we can direct you to them to meet them and maybe do some shopping...
At the base of leisure, you will be able to practice canoeing, archery, geocaching, hiking but also... do nothing in a beautiful place.
