Nous possedons un garage devant lequel il vous sera possible de garer votre voiture, sans contraventions.

We've got also a garage where you can park in front of, without cop's charges.

The setting

The garden isn't sheltered from the windows of neighboring buildings, the street lighting doesn't let it get dark, and you can hear the trains and planes going by as we're in the city. But it's a unique place, with flowers and our millstone house, typical of the Val-de-Marne region.

Because of the city, it's not the quietest place. The street lighting don't let us in darkness, and you can hear the trains and airplanes pass. But, our garden is unique, green and our house was built with "meulière" stones, typical of the south east of Paris.

The spots

The plot enjoys a certain amount of sunshine, is totally flat and easy to access from our gate.

The sanitary facilities

There is an outside tap (cold water). Toilets and showers are accessible in our house according to our presence (in general, in the morning before 8 am and in the evening after 5 pm, can vary according to the days and flexible).

The activities

Close to Paris (festivals, culture, music...). Numerous nature activities also within easy reach of the RER (Fontainebleau, Europe's largest rock-climbing area, horse-riding in Vincennes, hiking in and around Paname, etc.).

We are very close to Paris (party, cultural ans musical events...). Some of narure recreation cause of suburb train (Fontainebleau forest is the biggest climbing spot in Europe, horse riding in Vincennes, hicking around Paris, etc.).
