Small downside, the noise at night (planes and the highway) but you can't do anything about it.

via this site, I discovered the domain of serge which answered 100% what we were looking for
a warm welcome, a perfect space for our little project, feeding the sheep, making a small fire, a basic shower with solar hot water, (the pictures speak for themselves)
a big thank you to serge for his generosity and the good evening
we will come back for a winter experience

It's possible to come and go at any time, and park your car inside the gate.
Really nearby to Brussels (15min by car).
A bit noisy because of the nearby highway, but not a real problem. -

Excellent!!! We really had a great time, the place for the tents is quite spacious, the area with wooden furniture is very comfortable, you can make a fire pit and you can cook on the grill. They are two beautiful people always willing to help us with everything. The experience with the dry toilet was very good too. Highly recommended!
