No problem with hot water, wash or shower. Wide availability of times to use toilets.

There is wi-fi, all kitchen appliances are usable: microwave, heater, etc.
Electricity is available outside and inside of my house for mobile device to charge

The activities

Next to my house we have an own place where sometimes we schedule concerts, exhibitions, theater on weekends.
Around there are beautiful villages with lots of history and monuments to visit.

Land & setting
  • Juan Carlos is very welcoming, (Thanks for the welcome beer!). His house is beautiful,
Some advice for future home campers:
    - the indication of the address is not the right one on the website (35 minutes detours), think to ask Juan Carlos for precisions before your arrival!
    - the pitch: very small and with a concrete slab underneath which does not allow to plant the sardines properly. There is only space for a tent for 2 people.
    - noise until 23:30 (not appreciated when you have had a long day).

    Thanks Juan Carlos!

  • Both hosts are very friendly. Infortunately the piece of land where you can put your camper is very small. Tours fitted barely.

  • Nice idea for a stopover when you come from the south of Spain or Portugal.
The host is a very nice and discreet person and the welcome was warm.
A small drawback, on the place reserved for the installation. As mentioned in a previous comment, we do not know if we are on a private land that belongs to Juan and Paco or if it is a communal land.
Apart from this detail, we had a good night and they allowed us to store some things in the room and recharge the phones.
The toilets being at their place as everyone else you are a little embarrassed to use them. Same thing if you want to shower.
I was happy to have met great people but I was enthusiastic about the installation. (The picture shows their house but not the parking lot)

  • Juan Carlos is a discreet and pleasant host. After a long trip he offered us some good Spanish fruit and introduced us to his cats. Our site is located after a small two-way road in front of the house, a picnic area with tables and a children's park with a slide and a vintage swing, all bordered by a pond. I think it belongs to the municipality because there were others eating, but we had a good night's sleep.
A nice stopover experience and the setting is also nice.
    Go and see!
