We are 5 min from interstae 79
20 min from interstae 80.
10 min to state routes 8 and 422.
Big Butler Fair grounds is 25 min away.
Slippery Rock University is 6 miles away.
Erie PA is one hour.

The setting

Our one plus acre is closed off by trees all around us. Its quiet and serene. Only locals drive down our road. No outlet so no through traffic. We live simply. We have a back acre that is filled with wild life. We can accomidate tents, popups and small carravans or trailers. Nothing over 25feet.

The spots

Our back acre is filled with trees and wild life. Then woods all around. We have a fire ring available. The local state park is only 7 miles away for swimming, trails, biking, bird watching, boating, and fishing.. and all kinds of activities.shower houses also available.

The sanitary facilities

We have a portable commode and water available for tenters, and If absolutly needed. but recommend your own facilities in your trailer. But local state park has dump and fill station free. And free shower houses.

Local state park Moraine is 7 miles away.
Slippery Rock creek is all around for canoing etc..
Grove City Outlets/ Simon outlets is 6 miles away for Shopping.
Local small grocer 1 and 3 miles for ice gas, and supplies.
Pittburgh PA is a short forty min ride with Museums, Parks, sightseeing galore, Restaraunts, night life.
Cranbery twsp and City of Butler PA is 25 min for Movies or dining..
Cook Forest National park is one hour away for river travel or canoe.
Every direction is something worth exploring. We are in a good spot to get anywhere.

Rules

Prefer no smoking but must keep butts in container and clean up after self if you must.
Pets are fine as long as well behaved. Must have leash available. Nothing over 40 lbs.
No leaving animal unattended unless you approve with owner first.
Quiet after 10 pm.
Put fire out when done or at night, or before bed time.
Pick up own garbage and put into cans at side of house.
No fire arms or target practice.
No heavy Drinking or rebel rousing.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we feel you are not following our rules.
