The setting

Very little road traffic, little visibility on the road thanks to the bushes, just an opposite with a house, just put the tent back to this ground, (phone number hidden)light from 00h00 to 6h of the morning, only the luminosity of the Moon will illuminate you!
Grass, bushes, high shrubs, you will be quiet on this ground all in length, with a playground at 100 meters for the children.
There are no houses on the plot, we are ourselves about 500 meters away, still in the same village.

The spots

Caravan and motor home cannot access the land, the access is only wide with a simple standard gate.
Flat land.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary in our house.
No running water or electricity on the property, but free access to our home from 11:30 pm / 00:00 am until 6:30 am the next morning.

The amenities

All the equipment, wireless internet, kitchen, washing and drying machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, everything that makes a house comfortable will be offered to you, except the private parts of course.
Electricity is available, as well as a garage to store certain items (motorcycles, bicycles, etc.)
Lending of books for the evening or the day if you wish, possibility of taking you to the supermarket (or pharmacy or other) in case of necessity.
No rain shelter on the site.

The activities

On the spot there is only a pond where the children like to fish, as well as a bowling green, a ping-pong table and a playground for children (slide, swing, spring games, basketball hoop, small soccer field).
Walking in the fields with paths far from the traffic giving in the village itself, path in small white pebbles on more than 8km following the windmills. The nearest services are 5km away.

Rules

As the land is not attached to the house, we can only advise you to act as if you were on a place that belongs to you, which you hold dear. One of the neighbors has a dog, quite suspicious, but the owners are very careful and call him to order from the beginning. A key will be given to you so that you can lock the access gate for your night (and day). One car (even 2) can be parked along the fence, on the street side (half street, half sidewalk). A biker can put his motorcycle on the ground if he wishes (provide something to put under the stand, we will not be responsible).

A 2 bedroom tent for 2 people + central shelter can be provided.
2 inflatable mattresses for 2 persons too.

This one was slightly holed on 2 places and not cleaned by our previous renters, we will continue to trust in the sense that not everyone is identical. We did not withhold anything from their deposit, but are now much more vigilant.
