Description

Welcome!!!
- Our site is atypical. Ideal for lovers of horses and other animals, and artists; for those who love the countryside, nature, tranquillity and sharing,
- Muizon train station is 3 kilometers away. We can come and pick you up.
- We'll try to help those "without means of locomotion" with their shopping in the neighboring village (2 km).

The setting

Flat terrain, easy access, permanent free access, partially shaded. Plenty of space for tents or caravans, at varying distances from the animals and the stable.
We have lots of animals (horses, donkeys, goats, pigs, hens, geese, cats and dogs...).
A main road close by, but not a real noise nuisance (we quickly forget this unless we're hyper-sensitive to noise - see the comments left by our home-campers). Much less (email hidden)The small road running alongside the center has very little traffic.

The spots

Flat terrain, easy access, free access at all times (be sure to close all gates and doors behind you), partially but generously shaded. Plenty of space for tents or caravans (we'll be happy to advise you).
Your tent or caravan can be placed as far away from the animals and the circus as you wish. A few minor constraints, depending on whether you want electricity or not.

The sanitary facilities

Rustic" sanitary facilities (to be shared with the artists) with showers, washbasins and WC in the stables.
Hot water.
+ dry toilets

The amenities

Electrical connection possible (extra charge). Bring extension cords if possible.
Drinking water at the stables.
Wifi more or less reliable depending on location and operator, but there's always a place where you can get a signal.
You can always recharge your cell phone.
Campfires may be authorized at specific locations (please check with us).

The activities

ON THE SPOT: Throughout the year, by reservation (to be arranged with the association's managers), you can take lessons in "show riding" (acrobatics, riding, liberty, equine behavior...) and/or circus (off-horse: juggling, acrobatics, balancing on a ball...), or perhaps book pony or horse rides. And depending on the dates, you can take part in a training course.
CLOSE BY :
Lots to see and do: Reims and its surroundings (if we can, we'll give you the best information on Reims, its history and its monuments), winegrowers and champagne cellars, numerous 12th-century churches in the countryside, etc....
Plenty of activities too: just about every kind of sport, cultural activities, Etc....
Numerous restaurants, the first of which are 2 kilometers away...
Bakery, mini-market, post office, pharmacy, doctors in the village 2 km away.

Other things

- Muizon train station is 3 km away. We can come and pick you up.
- We'll try to help those "without means of locomotion" to run their errands in the neighboring village (2 km).
- Sometimes you'll see lots of trainees and artists, sometimes the place will be almost deserted. It all depends on the artistic animations and shows planned or in progress. Some shows are held on site (in which case the site is closed to camping unless otherwise authorized). Please call us for further information.
- If we are absent during your stay, don't hesitate to call the association (or to enter the "Cheval Art Action" Center (make sure to close the doors behind you)) to whom we will have left all instructions.

Rules

Respect people, site, equipment and animals.

  • Thank you Stéphanie for your warm welcome and the wonderful evening spent in your company. We'll be back soon!

  • What can we say except that we met a "Character". Stéphanie is extremely kind, sharing with us her beautiful story and her love for her profession and her animals. She made us feel very welcome in a magnificent setting just a stone's throw from Reims. We were even treated to a beautiful equestrian demonstration with her acrobats, and the children were delighted. We'll be back with great pleasure....MERCI
Nico, Sansan, Maxime, Alexis and ED the van

  • Nice place despite rainy weather, very friendly welcome!
    Many thanks

  • We had a great stay with you Stéphanie.
Thank you for your warm welcome and for sharing your passion.
We'll be back, a little longer next time.
    Aurélia and jo

  • super accueil, merci

  • Friendly host, extraordinary place. Very interesting to see the world of a circus.

  • thank you Stéphanie for your warm welcome to this extraordinary place

  • A magical place, magnificent horses, a beautiful camping area and a friendly welcome, I recommend it!

  • Very nice welcome
But difficult to get electricity when the camper is under the trees in the shade
Very noisy on the main road!

  • Stephanie was very welcoming with us, nothing to say! She even offered us a little welcome drink:) we had a great time

  • We liked it. Electricity, dry toilets, animals, good reception.

  • Already written about the previous night

  • We had a great time at Stéphanie's place! Warm welcome and nice setting, everything was perfect, thank you.

  • Reception and stay always at the top

  • Small guided visit by Marcello, unfortunately Stéphanie was sick but she did not hesitate to welcome us by phone for our departure.
Perfect location for our van, flat ground for our pitch, peaceful night despite the nationals who are a little further away, the setting is great with the circus tent and the animals.
Address recorded if we pass by there again.
Thank you Stéphanie and her team.

  • Superb reception with a small visit of the tent. You will be well received and calm. I recommend this place

  • Very warm welcome from Stéphanie. The land is pleasant and spacious. Dry toilets and traditional sanitary facilities on site.
The train station is half an hour walk from the place, and the train takes you to the center of Reims in 11 minutes.
Only drawback : crossing the RN is complicated during rush hours.

  • We spent two wonderful days thanks to Stephanie, the two Valentines and Manon.
The girls were able to try out Cossack acrobatics on the circus ring in complete safety thanks to the professionalism of the entire team. They lived a unique experience. Thanks again to the whole team. Welcome and kindness at the top!
Beautiful shaded site with the needs.

  • Superb place, magical. A school of acrobatics on horseback and a royal peace. A few dozen meters away, geese, biquettes... And of course on the horses' territory. Thanks to the 2 Valentines, student and contortionist, and of course to Stéphanie, the boss, really a positive character, who introduced us to the too, then to the gallop of the horse. A great ???? and . See you soon. I recommend it. Hot shower, toilet, everything is fine. We were 2 and no criticism. Thank you, Veronique and roger

  • The site is beautiful and we were superbly welcomed. I highly recommend

  • We need stan only one day. But this place is very nice for only ove day. There are friendly people, many animace, huges place for tent.

  • We were very well received by Stephanie and Louise. Thank you for this little stay

  • We were very warmly welcomed here by Stephanie. After the initial introduction, she personally showed us the whole property, the horses, the other animals, and the "Chapitaaux". Then this task was taken over by Marcello who came to ask us every day if everything was okay. They were also concerned whether we would take the right bicycle route to Reims. Stephanie even personally pointed out the highlights of Reims to us. Great place.

  • Atypical place : sleeping in a stud farm with an equestrian circus in the middle of various animals, perfectly received by Stéphanie was a very nice experience for us. She made us share her love : circus and horses. The friendly staff also took care of us. BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO.

  • Nice stay with nice people!
    Great experience!

  • Friendly place
Stéphanie is a very pleasant person
The only drawback is the proximity of the national road because we are used to silence

  • Very nice stay at Stéphanie's house among horses, cats, geese..., superb welcome and open heart :-). We had very nice exchanges. Thanks a lot !

  • Very pleasant stay at Stéphanie's, if you like nature and animals, don't hesitate.
The noise of the road did not disturb us at all.
Stéphanie kindly made us discover a small part of the equestrian world, in all simplicity, as we like.
We will come back, it is certain.

  • Great stay, I was very lucky to come across Cheval Art Action. These few days were a real human experience! Thanks again to the whole team and maybe see you soon for a workshop!

  • Short stay but more than enriching, extra welcome, quiet and very pleasant night, I will come back for sure if the opportunity arises. Everything is true to the description, and the welcome and kindness of the hosts surpasses everything.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • Very nice place, a lot of space.
Very good atmosphere with the people of the equestrian center.
On the other hand, the showers are really a bit too "rustic".

  • A big thank you to all the team of this school of equestrian acrobatics. A nice welcome and an aperitif shared with passionate people of the world of the show and the horses. The word freedom takes all its meaning in this place. Hot shower, sanitary facilities nearby and space for all. We will not miss to stop there again if we have the opportunity. Good luck for your show...we will think of you. Thank you very much.

  • Stéphanie received us very well!
We were able to absorb her words about the history of Reims and the sites to visit.
A real immersion in the countryside!

  • Nice and original place.
    Pleasant staff.
It was a nice stop on our way.

  • We had a fantastic time staying at Stéphanie's place. Stéphanie was absolutely lovely and instantly made us feel very welcome. The facilities (shower and toilet) were very clean and we really appreciated a nice warm shower while camping! Waking up to see the horses being taken for a walk was also something very unique. Thanks a lot for everything!

  • A very welcoming place with very nice people.I recommend

  • Nice place for a night, 2 big roads pass on each side of the field which can eventually hinder the sleep in tent the field itself is relatively good but the big negative point is the showers and toilets which are to be avoided apart from this bad points the reception is just superb

  • Very nice welcome, the staff of the equestrian center very welcoming and helpful, too bad that the rainy weather deprived us of the planned emp'acements. The parking lot on the side of the road was a bit of a hassle. To be done again in good weather

  • Excellent welcome from Stéphanie who was at our disposal to show us all the rich heritage of Reims. Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of her advice, as we were only passing through the region for a short time, but we will be back, as the setting is very nice and we hope to take full advantage of this setting by coming at a less rainy time.

  • Welcoming.
Slow period for us because no circus or horseback riding during our short stay.
Can be much more interesting when these activities are in place.
    Nice place for horse lovers.
    Large grounds.
Shower and toilet clean but waiting for a good makeover.
    Close to a busy road.

  • We spent an ideal evening
    Thank you for the welcome
