Description

This is the story of a family of 5 with 3 boys aged 13, 11 and 5.

Our life's goal is simply to be happy, while preserving our planet.

We're experimenting with self-sufficiency in food, energy, health and

The setting

We invite you to share a moment of life with us, and to pitch your tent or the one you suggest on our grounds.
We live in a small village punctuated by the sound of church bells, and our space is a resilient little island in the center of town.

The spots

You can pitch your tent on our relatively flat terrain.

The sanitary facilities

We share dry toilets, a shower with solar hot water and a sink, all outside the house.

The amenities

We can offer you occasional Internet access on our computers or with a wired network, as we shun anything wireless, including wifi.

We can also provide electricity where you pitch your tent.

The activities

Our village lies halfway between the mountains and the Lot.
On one side you can go hiking and on the other you can go canoeing.

Rules

Our place welcomes many people. That's why we've drawn up a fairly detailed lifestyle guide, explaining all the things you can and can't do in the different areas of the site, especially if you have children. We can provide this on request. In particular, we ask smokers to take their breaks out of sight of our children.

  • What motivated our choice to spend a night at Benedicte's was their project (respect of bio diversity, among others...) and we were a little disappointed, brief exchanges, our hosts in professional activities during our passage; maybe another time...

  • We were delighted to share a moment with Rémi, unfortunately we did not meet Bénédicte. Rémi showed us his land and explained us his way of life, it was very interesting. To sleep there it was perfect: a big garden table, a grassy area to put the tent, a summer kitchen with electricity and water. The shower with a view on the nature is magic!

  • Very good welcome at Bénédicte, Rémi and their three boys. Everything seems well organized. Bravo for everything they do and share. In short! You will feel good in their home. Again, a big thank you for everything and good luck in all your projects.

  • Very pleasant stay, our children quickly sympathized with theirs, and the welcome was very enriching!

  • Bénédicte and Rémy, are people of heart, sharing and generosity...an evening spent in the company of this beautiful family, makes you want to stay for several nights...which I will do with great joy, at my next visit...
Thank you for these simple and rich moments.
