No light pollution, you can see stars especially in summer.

The setting

Located at 800 meters from the Loire River, there are many bicycle tours available and I would be happy to recommend some of them to you.
Located in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine regional natural park, many castles are nearby such as the medieval castle of Chinon, the castle that served as a model for the castle of Sleeping Beauty in Rigny-ussé and many others. We are close to the department of Maine et Loire with its troglodyte dwellings and the town of Saumur.
For wine lovers, Bourgueil is 6km away, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil 8km away, Chinon 10km away. You can taste their AOC wines directly in our village and in the surrounding area.

  • Ideal place if you like to share good times, welcoming and friendly owners, who warned us that there was a railroad track not too far away, but frankly it wasn't disturbing at all, even my companion, who is a sensitive sleeper, wasn't bothered.
