Description

3 houses are there to welcome you.
They are arranged on a large space, the swimming pool is open from May to early September.
The total number of guests cannot exceed 6 persons.
The pool is not heated and is secured with an alarm system.
It is accessible to both tenants and owners.

The setting

We are in the middle of the countryside, on a large plot of land, with no close neighbors.
Cottages arranged on approximately 2000 m² of land.

You are independent, but you are not completely alone, our house is visible from your holiday resort.

The spots

Entirely in wood, two small houses of about 18 m², 2 rooms in each house,
3 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a living room

Sheets, pillowcases, comforters, blankets, pillows, undersheets are provided. Supplement of 48 € per stay, mandatory, tenants are not allowed to bring their own bed linen.

None of the spaces (bedroom cabins, kitchen cabins, toilets and bathroom) are connected but they are close to each other.

The sanitary facilities

A toilet corner with hot water (sink + Italian shower).
2 dry toilets (ecological toilet which does not use water and is replaced by sawdust).

A large stone barbecue.
Gas cooker, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes. pans salt pepper oil vinegar....

The activities

Swimming pool on site (not heated, shared).

Ranked among the 5 best zoos in the world, the Beauval zoo park is about 30 minutes away (except during busy periods when a detour that lengthens the journey is recommended by the departmental council).
Between 5 and 30 mn from our home, you will find the most famous castles of the Loire Valley (Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Chaumont sur Loire, Amboise, Chenonceaux.....), but also smaller ones which are also interesting.

Other things

The rate is for the whole rental (6 persons max).
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
A flat rate of 48 € per week is to be added for the rental of bed linen and cleaning (compulsory), travelers are not allowed to bring their own bed linen, pillows or comforters into the cottages ....

Rules

The entry in the hiring is carried out as from 16 H the day of the arrival. The rental ends at 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.

For their safety, children must be accompanied by an adult in all seasons in the vicinity and in the pool.

It is not possible for tenants to invite outsiders to the site or to the pool, even temporarily.
No other person than those concerned by the reservation is authorized to enter the pool, under any pretext whatsoever, under penalty of immediate termination of the contract. The full amount of the rent will be retained by the owner.

The rented premises are used as a vacation home. The tenant will enjoy the rent in a peaceful way and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the places.

For safety and hygiene reasons, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, but it is quite possible outside where you will find some ashtrays.

At his departure, the tenant commits himself to return the rent in a suitable state (inside and outside) as well as the clean dishes, wiped and put away, the empty and clean garbage cans, etc. .....

All repairs, whatever their importance, made necessary by the negligence of the tenant during the rental period will be at his expense.
