Description

The setting

The Verde Darien campground is surrounded by trees and the Darien forest. The site is very quiet, with almost no human noise and no light, so visitors can enjoy the sounds of nature, the starry skies and the many animals that visit the garden (hummingbirds, birds, iguanas, frogs and for the more adventurous monkeys and opossum)

The surronding are really quite, the place is in the nature with a lot of tree and fruits. There are no light near so you can enjoy of the stars in the night!

The spots

The pitches are in the lawn, in the shade of the trees. To get to Verde Darien, you can walk 20 minutes from the city center or take a tuctuc.

Is a really shade and fresh place. The ground is gras. It's easy to reach (by foot 20 minutes from Capurgana dock or 10 minutes by tuctuc).

The sanitary facilities

The toilet is a dry toilet. There are 2 showers and a crystalline river.

The amenities

There is a full equiped kitchen (plates, glasses, pots...) There is light in the kitchen. You can recharge your electronic device during the day

The activities

The place, quiet and natural, encourages visitors to relax. You can read in the hammocks, watch the animals that visit the area and the numerous birds during the migration periods. Verde Darien also has a river where swimming is very pleasant.
In Capurgana and all around, many activities are possible: walking, trekking, diving, snorkeling, relaxing on the beach.

In Verde Darien you can do birdwatching, yoga, relax in the river. In Capurgana and surrounding you have a lot of activities: beaches to relax and swimming, trekking, snorking, diving or you can just chilly out
