Description

The setting

La casita de Verde Darien is surrounded by trees and the Darien forest.
The site is very quiet, with no noise and no lights, so visitors can enjoy the sounds of nature, starry skies and the many animals that visit the garden (hummingbirds, birds, iguanas, frogs, monkeys and opossum).

The spots

The accommodation is made of rustic wood.
On the first floor the kitchen and a common room.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a terrace with hammocks.
There is also an under-roof where the guests sleep.

The sanitary facilities

The toilets are shared between the two rooms, the showers are made of natural materials and are located outside.
There are also dry toilets and it is possible to bathe in the river.

The amenities

The kitchen has dishes and pots and pans.
The electricity is solar.
It is possible to charge your devices like your cell phone or your camera.

The activities

It is a quiet and natural place that encourages visitors to relax.
You can read in the hammocks, watch the animals that visit the area and the many birds during the migration periods.
Verde Darien also has a river where swimming is very pleasant.
In and around Capurgana, many activities are possible: walking, trekking, diving, snorkeling, relaxing on the beach.
