Madrid is 45 minutes and also Guadalajara.

The setting

Small village next to Torrelaguna, it is a quiet area, without noise or traffic.
The Jarama river is 1 km far from the house and in summer you can enjoy in the public swimming pool with a funny night life, with concerts in weekends and a nice bar

There are shaded areas with a lot of trees.
The entrance is going through the house and you have a parking area next to the house. As you can see is a private garden.

It can be used, if necessary, shower and toilet in the house and the kitchen, fridge and
washing machine also.

To 18 Km you can find the "Embalse del Atazar" with all kinf of watersports (windsurf, Paddlesurf, Kayak etc.)
