Garden in the countryside near Sèvre and Clisson

The setting

Hello to all ! We are a young couple who are renovating our house in Monnières, a town in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, 30 minutes from Nantes and 10 minutes from Clisson: a small picturesque town, with two rivers, a medieval castle, and Italian flavors. Many restaurants, bars, shopping center and other shops. Canoe rental on the Sèvre during the summer. Municipal indoor and outdoor swimming pool in summer. Cinema. Hellfest festival at the end of June.
Sea and beaches at about one hour drive.
The Puy du Fou is 35 minutes away by car as well as Nantes.

Our garden is enclosed, wooded and quiet, you can hear the birds singing. We are close to vineyards and the river Sèvre (GR hiking, kayaking, fishing). We have 800m2 at the back of our house (with access through an independent gate at the back). Possibility to pitch several tents, the land is rather flat and includes shady corners. There is a barbecue, a picnic table but no cooking equipment is provided. Bikes can be stored in open, unlocked lean-tos. WIFI available. WC at our place. Cold drinking water in the garden. - Arrival before 9 pm, departure before 12 am (flexible on request)
