Unusual and wild, this wooded park is surrounded by a magnificent landscape with a large pond in the heart of the Monts de Blond.
Made to delight lovers of wide open spaces and nature wishing to rest
The park is closed with parking lots.
Located on the megaliths path.
Perfect for those who like walking, cycling and G.R. enthusiasts.
Don't forget your shoes and your backpack.
The site being in the middle of nature without lighting and near the pond it will not be allowed to arrive after sunset for security reasons.

The setting

You will have access to a 10 hectare domain of meadows and forests with a pond and its park ideal for the fans of nature.
With no neighboring dwellings, the calm will be there.
The chalet can accommodate up to 4 people upon reservation.
It is located in the middle of nature.
A change of scenery and rest guaranteed in addition to the exceptional views.
Campers, walkers, cyclists and camper van drivers will be amazed.
The pleasure of meeting for country meals with grills at the edge of the pond.
The pleasure of observing the fauna (ducks, herons, buzzards, deer, squirrels, birds), of waking up with the song of the birds and the rustle of the wind in the boughs of the trees, it is ideal to "unconfine" oneself... and to dream under the stars. Ideal place for the followers of the SYLVOTHERAPY (shinring-yoku or "forest baths", silent walk, breathing exercises, meditation etc... excellent against the covid.... )

The activities

You will have the opportunity to : play petanque, walk in the forest, visit the villages. Oradour sur Glane is located 10 kms away.
In Limoges you can visit the porcelain museum, the glove factory in Saint Junien, hiking with the megaliths circuit, etc...
Workshops of enamels, route with donkeys for rent with stockings to walk the children.

YOU ARE ON A NATURAL SITE FOR REAL WILD CAMPING SO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE ENERGY.

NO electricity (be careful not to leave anything plugged in the vehicles because there is nothing to help you if the batteries are empty) (be careful for those who have car fridges) (12 V AT THE CHALET ONLY FOR COMPUTERS AND PORTABLES)
You have a well with a manual pump that must be primed at each use for the daily water and to fill the tarpaulins.
For the showers you have two solar showers (one hanging and one piston) and a privacy screen for campers.
The toilets are dry toilets (for the campers) that is to say put sawdust after each use.
Garbage bags and dry toilet bags are to be disposed of in the garbage can at the entrance of the park.
For campers, fill up the water tanks at the village fountain. No emptying of grey and black water (emptying at the municipal campsite of CIEUX 2 km away)
Campfires are forbidden by prefectural decree.

Rules

The domain being a silence and nature relay, we ask for the respect of the peace, no noise nuisance accepted (post, noisy games). Fishing is reserved for a structure that can rent you a fishing post for the day.
To be at one with nature and to know how to accept it, is to recharge your batteries in contact with the elements (sun, pond, streams, forest, animals, trees, grass, flowers).
It is an ideal stopover to regain your health. (ideal for city dwellers in search of authenticity and discovery).
The children are under the responsibility of the parents (pond)
