Plot of land located on the Chaumousey stubble, 800 m from the village on one side and 400 m from the Bouzey lake on the other (bars, sailing club, pedalos, paddles, supermarket, beaches, etc.) with its small orchard, garden and cabaret theater, as well as 10 km from Epinal, Vosges prefecture and city of famous images with its shops, restaurants, cinemas and entertainment...
