In the countryside, church bell tower and rooster crowing to wake up.
Slightly wooded land, walled but not fenced.

Quiet residential area, street parallel to the main street so light traffic.

Access to outside water.
At the moment there are no outside toilets but I can give you access to my bathroom and to the toilets.

Currently no internet.
I can give you access to my kitchen.
Electricity inside but I have a large extension cord and an opening outside the frame giving access to the site.

There are 4 lakes, two of which are less than 10km away.
A cliff with climbing club (cohons) at less than 10km.
A castle to visit in the nearby village (le pailly 5km)
