Guillaume is always considerate and friendly, and always with good advice, the garage is constantly improved, there is now thick carpet, it's very pleasant when you get out of the shower,

Garden located in edge of forest, stay in the middle of robins and titmice, the place is very pleasant. Guillaume welcomed us with good advice. Dry toilets without smell, shower and fridge. We came by bike and were able to store all our stuff in the garage.

An excellent welcome from Guillaume who gives very good advice for local visits! A two days stay where we appreciated the calm of the place as well as the flexibility of the host animated by a will to place himself in a logic of sustainable development that we greet.
Family beach a few minutes away and very good surf spots only 30 minutes away by car.

The price is clearly excessive for the comfort, "dry" toilet which consists in putting a pot outside with a protection quechua and garage with the "bathroom" which does not close and without real light to see itself in the mirror.

Guillaume welcomed me with pleasure for my return by bike, 3 weeks later, in low season I really appreciated.
By browsing the website Home Campeur I did not understand the aggressive and negative comments of some, the shower is fully functional and well heated, there is a large table in the garden, the toilets are clean and original inside the garden, and Guillaume is a real mine of information for all the activities to be done in the region, these tips have really helped me, because I discovered some beautiful places
I'll come back again in June because I've really fallen in love!

We were up to twelve at the same time (3 different groups) with only one toilet (dry toilets) and one shower at the back of the garage! The facilities are a bit too basic for the price (20 euros per person). Too bad, it could be a nice haven of peace near the sea! Especially since Guillaume is very welcoming.

Guillaume's site is a very nice little place.
Where campsites are legion, he offers rare and precious pitches around a very nice chalet. We were able to connect to the electricity, and to access the basic amenities, which pleased us with my 12 years old son.
We were able to avoid the hustle and bustle of the campsites in the middle of the woods, in a quiet environment, just a stone's throw away from the beaches and many other places of interest in Meschers, Royan, Saint Georges de Didonne... Go and see the Pointe de Suzac, just next door ! -

Unkept ground, collective chamber pot as a dry toilet, open garbage can without container, dog accepted but always has to be tied up because Guillaume's cat is afraid of dogs... I turned around without looking at the bathroom! This is not the service I had booked for which I expected. It's a pity because his property has a real potential! -

The site is well located, quiet but close to the beaches of Suzac, the village of Talmont or the Cote Sauvage (40 min).
As far as the infrastructure is concerned, there is a shower and sanitary facilities on the spot even if we find that 15 people is a bit too much for only 1 toilet and 1 shower.
Finally, Guillaume welcomed us very well, open to discussion and full of good advice on things to do in the area.

Ideal location, quiet, 10 min walk from the beach of Mescheres sur Gironde, regarding the equipment there is everything you need and Guillaume is very accommodating on the schedules

Laurence M.Passing by meschers sur Gironde at Guillaume's house.... The photos do not reflect the reality at all.... The setting could be pretty but lacks maintenance ... The turn of the cottage looks more like a dumping ground. On the ground cleared in the places of the pitches there remained of sicots of brambles... Not easy to set up a tent !... The showers.... Hyper dangerous all these electric cables near! The toilets...... Chamber potty and not dry toilets! Full at my arrival ! Really not good to preserve the intimacy of the people... Finally there is still an umbrella above the nylon cabin to protect from the rain ☔ ! ????
The drain of the sink outside is to be reviewed! The water drains with difficulty... For access to electricity as announced on the application.... An extension cord was installed at the time of leaving the next day!
There is a very great need for maintenance and to secure in the emergency the shower part! As long as the table to sit and eat ... Not seen...no drying rack either! Kitchen ? Not seen either...
Well visible on the other hand at the entrance the dustbins! Open bags !
The price of this night is not justified... And the deplorable conditions....
The proximity of the beach and the photos of the site help to better trap people...
Hoping that you will realize that this place is not worthy of receiving the public... And the price is totally abused! -
Sacha P.Overall we had a good stay. Guillaume is very available, caring and kind. The place is well located - not far from nice beaches and walks.
On the other hand, too many campers for this not so big site. Only one bucket/tent as a dry toilet. For a family this is possible, but not for 18 people who don't know each other. Problem of not having enough wood chips for one day. The place is nice, but because of the overcrowding it becomes unpleasant - you hear everything, despite you, you are aware, day and night, of everything that happens to your neighbors and the toilets. Electricity problems - we took the blows of the induction plate and the fridge. The infrastructure is really too rustic and outdated for the price. -
