Description

On one hectare of land, an animal refuge and permacultural vegetable garden welcomes you.
Cultivated without pesticides, you'll discover medicinal herbs, vegetables and fruit, and wild plants with our little protégés.

There's a dry toilet and drinking water.


We are also an LPO refuge.

You can find our adventures on social networks in the name of la ferme du bonheur 85.

No electricity available. Please do not urinate on the site, we do not appreciate walking in our garden with the smell of your urine. Dry toilets are available. Thank you

The PUY DU FOU is less than 10 minutes away.
You can go canoeing in Saint malo du bois, take a stroll in old pouzauges or visit the beautiful "cité de caractère" of Mallièvre.
You're just 1h15 from the Vendée coast.

You also have the Maulevrier oriental park and terra botanica just 1h00 away.

  • We had a great 3-night stay at the educational farm. Our hosts are extremely committed to raising awareness of the animal world and nature, which suits us just fine. The teenagers loved looking after the animals and wandering around the poetic aromatic garden and vegetable patch. Éloïse, Grég and the children are extremely generous. The welcome is warm. We quickly hit it off, as if we'd known them all our lives. An obvious choice!
    I'd recommend staying or just visiting the farm.
    For conveniences: bring your own solar shower if you're staying more than one night. Many thanks to them!
