1st plot of land of a little more than 2000 m2 planted with Douglas, oaks, walnut, elder, ... Forest atmosphere near a typical vineyard of the Côte Roannaise where you will perhaps cross deers, hares, jays of oaks and according to the season you will be able to enjoy blackberries, peaches or walnuts present on the high part of the ground.
This land is however close to a road.
The second plot of land, in a quiet area, of more than one hectare with a view of the village of Saint Maurice and its keep, which is accessible to the public free of charge all year round and offers a superb view of the meanders of the Loire. This land is very wild, you don't have to fear brambles and nettles.
The plot is sheltered from the wind, quiet and the deer are used to come and rest there.
Pheasants and hares can occasionally be found here.
Some pigeons also come to rest there.
The parcel is composed of a natural meadow with blackthorn groves, some big trees including a big poplar, many walnut trees and some nice oaks.
A stream that dries up during the summer crosses the land and flows into the Loire River nearby.
A fitness trail is located a few hundred meters away.
The medieval village of Saint Maurice sur Loire, located on the road to Santiago de Compostela, is a must-see.
The grounds are rather sloping but some parts on the top of the parcels are rather horizontal.
The sanitary facilities
Like animals it is more ecological.
Visit of the village of Saint Jean Saint Maurice sur LOIRE, Lake Villerest, hiking, rowing, canoeing...
Do not scare the wild animals that frequent the area.

2 reviewsVery disappointing
Terrain not very practicable difficult to camp there high grass not bad brush.
Good contact with our host.
On the other hand the description does not correspond to reality.
To find a flat place to sleep or to put your car, you have no other choice than to stick to the barbed wire at the bottom of the field.
To find the advertised view you have to walk to the top of the field. Inaccessible by car because too steep and plantations in all the field.
In short, big disappointment.
