Aggressive / excessive intoxication prohibited
Be respectful of language and volume of noise. Place is a meant for it's natural beauty
Max 4 people per rental. Max guest 2 without prior written consent
Must stay on rented 2 acre property. Map will be provided
First, Last, 1 month security required.
Background check for $29.99 is only application fee
Campfires permitted (when county/state permissible)
