First Aid Kit available, Up the hill there are not many mosquitos, but please carry your repellent.
Water will be provided all the time (RO Filtering unit available).

The setting

No noise, lighting is dim, no traffic nearby, a view of neighboring hills with homes and trees around.

The spots

Size limits for tents or caravans / motorhomes - No limit
The only shade is trees around.
Portions for pitching tents are flat. The garden still has a pitch

The sanitary facilities

A toilet and Bathroom access, Hot water, a wash basin outside, no towels and toiletries (Please carry).

The amenities

Internet.
Kitchen: I provide kitchen equipment (oven, micro-wave oven, toaster, kettle, etc.) small range of tableware and pans, Basic ingredients (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.)
Electricity: Supply is inside the house, I provide an extension cord, if needed.It is easy to leave one's mobile devices to charge.
No none-Campers allowed in the area for the night, exclusive. Unless

The activities

I recommend bonfires and slow music...card games and meet ups.

Rules

Let's talk about having no rules while in the compound. However, outsiders coming in is controlled.

You are allowed to camp with your Pets and Children if you wish.

Tent ready

Prior booking of tents is available at a cost of US$20 Equipped with a 4' Mattress, Lamp/torch, Meals are on order from all restaurants in Arusha town (You pay delivery), But an amount paid to us (Just a surcharge of Tsh 2500/-) to allow you to bring in the meal in the area - because we also have our Menu - Immaculate's special.
4 picnic tables are available and around the bonfire area between the tents.
