Description

The setting

The site is adjacent to our home between our house and a neighbors house. The spot is shady , fairly level and is where we parked our motorhome prior to selling it. There is a water spigot close by and a 15amp outlet that should provide enough power for most roof air conditioners. It is right off a residential street in a peaceful residential area. The only usuall noise is airport air traffic and distant road noise.

Exterior outlet, extension cord if needed. Water spigot. If you have 30ft of sewer house there is a cleanout/dump station.
Washer and dryer- nice , clean, front loading

If Im available I will be glad to shuttle you to Target/Publix about 1 mile away.

The activities

Very convenient to shopping, dining( about a mile). Great neighborhood to ride bikes/walk. 20 minutes to beach.

Rules

Absolutely no smoking, no loud music, no generators. No motorhomes older than 10 years. Small breed dogs only. (Must clean up after pet) 2 guest maximum.
