Quiet atmosphere, some wild olive trees border our land.
Natural vegetation, little shade during the day in summer.
Very luminous environment, a lot of sun.
Little traffic as we live in a dead end street.
A river (the Vidourle) is accessible within a few minutes walk for fishing with permit, swimming, picnic, canoeing, horseback riding...

The spots

Flat and fenced private land of about 400m2 on a total plot of 1000m2 including the house, not much shade in summer, very bright, little road traffic.
Easy access, a few minutes from the A9 highway (Lunel exit).
Village located between Montpellier and Nîmes.

Sanitary facilities available in the house (bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet), 2 drinking water points and electricity outside.

In the vicinity of the village : swimming, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking (Route Courbet, voie verte, roque d'Aubais ...), Archeological site of Ambrussum.
Nearby shops : bakery, small grocery and tobacco store, hairdresser.
Nearest shopping center at about 5 kms, local farmers' markets in Lunel and Sommières (summer nights) twice a week.
Cinema at 5 kms.
Beaches at 20 kms (La Grande Motte is the closest resort).
Montpellier and Nîmes at 30 kms.
Many famous tourist sites (Pont du Gard, Sommières, Aigues Mortes, Uzès ...), seaside resorts and leisure activities in the vicinity (tree climbing, swimming pools, mini-golf etc...).
Traditional Camargue festivals from June to August.

Families with children are welcome.

We ask smokers to be very vigilant in summer because the natural environment is very dry (possibility of fire).
Discarded cigarette butts and fires are forbidden, and water use must be respectful during the period of prefectural restrictions.

Out of respect for the neighborhood, we thank you for taking care of the quietness of the place during the night and in particular from :
10:00 pm outside the summer period.
0h00 in summer period, summer being more festive the night meals in outside are very frequent.

Tent ready

We have a 5-seater tent (Quechua Decathlon model) with 2 bedrooms (2+3) and all the basic camping equipment (inflatable mattress, lamp etc...).
Possibility of providing the equipment and installation for an additional fee (to be paid on site).
