Passing through Le Mans ? Come and spend a quiet moment in our garden :)
The mythical 24h circuit is 5 minutes away. Also well located for public transport (bus stop in front of the house, arrival at the station in 15 minutes : see pictures)

The setting

The residential area is quiet and safe (detached house of 150m2 in a dead end) you can leave the motorcycles outside without worry (see photo). Bicycle garage.

The spots

It is a lawn behind the pavilion... Estimated size of the tent 2m x 3m.

The sanitary facilities

The shower is at home, so it is accessible at reasonable hours and when we (email hidden)You will have a dry toilet in the shelter (no odor guaranteed)
For the water I fill a 10L drinking supply and there is a rainwater tank for any other need.

The amenities

I can give you a "guest" wifi code valid for the duration of your stay and an extension cord to recharge your equipment.

Outstanding

  • Antoine is a friendly host, always accommodating and full of little attentions. The organization of the stay could be set up easily although with a request of my share in the last minutes because the answers are always very fast. The land is 1 minute walk from a bus stop, flat without rocks and well laid out.
