Description

Pull your RV behind the home where you will have independent access to laundry, refrigerator, bike storage, toilet and sink. Your dogs may enjoy running free in the fully fenced yard surrounding the property.

The setting

The street provides a view looking east at the Capital Building which is a beautiful walk up the hill, less than a mile away.

The spots

A super long RV will be able pull in, but won't be able to turn the corner into the yard. The spot is located in the Marmalade historic district just East of 1-15 so expect highway noise and a lot action going. The driveway is covered with wood chips, not concrete or gravel since it hurts the dogs paws.

The sanitary facilities

The home's separate entrance to the laundry room, refrigerator and bathroom (no shower) is available 24/7.

The amenities

No internet is available, but for added security an Arlo Go camera runs off cellular service and overlooks the premise with alerts when there is movement.

The activities

Use this campsite for your RV to have amazing access to everything downtown Salt Lake City provides.

Rules

Smoking is permitted outside, but please, not inside the home. The animals should always be kept securely within the fenced area. The fence is a standard 4-foot chain-link and keeps both of my 70 lb dogs in well, but if yours is a jumper, you might reconsider letting them off-leash. Please clean up poops and please keep quiet after 10 pm.
