Description

As the water is supplied by a well, we ask that you either bring your own drinking water, or provide bottled (email hidden)We're happy to lend you extra equipment if you run out or forget something (hairdryer, blanket etc.), just let us know beforehand.

The setting

Quiet, shady grounds around a pond with a large petanque court.
There will never be more than 8 of you, for your peace and quiet.
During the day, you'll be accompanied by the sounds of birds, the company of our 2 dogs and our cats, the foliage and, at night, distant or nearby animals like owls that come every night.
To give you an idea of the distances:
Saint-nazaire at 20min (shipyard, its plaes...), Pornichet, La Baule( beaches, outings, nautical activities): 30min, Vannes: 50min, Nantes: 40min.

The spots

Possibility of putting several tents between the pond behind the pond. Motorhomes will be parked behind the pond or in front of the house, as this is the flattest spot.
An electric socket is installed near the pitch and we provide an extension lead.

The sanitary facilities

You can shower and use the toilet in our presence, of course.
If you have a solar shower, we have water from the well, which is inedible.
We close the house when we leave: I work from home and my husband works 3x8, so there's often someone at home.

The amenities

We are flexible when it comes to equipment, and are happy to lend and help out.
Wifi on the terrace.
Electricity is installed.
The land has automatic light points in the path in case or for the night.
We are planning to equip the site for your future comfort.
Our 4-person tent can be rented for €10 (2 rooms for 2 people).
For the petanque court, we'll lend you our games.

The activities

There's plenty to do (10min) including shopping and numerous activities in the Parc Régional de Brière: horse-drawn carriage rides, horse riding, visits to thatched cottage villages, swimming pool, museums, accrobranche, golf, restaurants, bars, etc.
We'll give you all the advice you need, according to your wishes and budget ....

As the water is supplied by a well, we ask that you either bring your own drinking water, or that we provide you with water pacs on a cash-on-delivery basis.

We're happy to lend you extra equipment if you run out or forget something (hairdryer, blanket etc.), just let us know beforehand.

Rules

All we ask is that you respect the surroundings, as we're in the heart of a regional nature park, in a privileged environment...
We are also attentive to everyone's peace and quiet, so karaoke, electro, etc. evenings are not allowed.
We'll work out times to suit everyone's schedule.
Smokers are welcome, but no cigarette butts are allowed on the site.
For safety's sake, it's best not to bring small children because of the deep, unfenced pond. I hope you'll understand - we love children, though.
