Small paradise for families who want peace and space. Shops and forest nearby.
Our concern is your comfort and your well-being... for adults and children.

The setting

We live in an old house in renovation in the countryside with a view on the fields and the forest in the morning... sometimes even with deers. Only 1.5 km from the center of the village, our village offers many local shops (bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, bookstores, cafe, restaurants...).

The spots

Our land offers easy access. We do not impose any size for the location of each and we wish to receive a limited number of vacationers to preserve the privacy of each.

The sanitary facilities

We put at your disposal the sanitary facilities of our house. The bathroom includes a basin, an Italian shower, a bathtub and possibly a baby bathtub can be made available. Water from the well (cold) is also available outside the house for your domestic use.

The amenities

We give you the possibility to use our kitchen to do your dishes and a free access to internet. An electric connection is possible outside our house (a daily supplement will be asked).
We can provide you with a baby bed, a baby chair or other baby equipment on request.

The activities

We offer thematic evenings for those who wish: board games, outdoor games (we have set up a playground for children) and others... We can also lend books to enthusiasts.
We are 15 min from La Flèche (zoo, swimming pool, shopping area, canoeing, lake), 20 min from the 24 hours racetrack and 25 min from Le Mans (old Mans, restaurants, bars, museums, aquatic center, Papéa park...). From about 1h drive, you can discover the Loire Castles (Amboise, Blois, Chenonceaux....).... and much more !

Rules

Access to the sanitary facilities is always available (day and night) unless we are absent (which is not often). We ask everyone to respect the premises, especially in terms of cleanliness and quietness in order to respect everyone.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

fresh bread, homemade jams, fruit, dairy products, hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate).
On Sundays we add a little extra (pancakes, pastries, buns...)
