The setting

Beautiful forested site on edge of Hackleton's Cliff, away from road noise and electricity.
Communal covered area with picnic benches.

The spots

Tent spots are informal throughout our forested area.
There are many flat spots on grass and under trees.
Sites are 5 mins walk from parking.
You can walk there or we can help transport you.
Limited to tents only.

The sanitary facilities

There are two compost toilets on site.
These are open 24 hours and are cleaned regularly by farm staff.
A forest shower is also located on site.
Only cold water available.

The amenities

Running potable water.
No electricity.
There is a cafe on property where you can charge your devices.
Cooking equipment.
We provide cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, a frying pan, 1/2 chafing pan, bottle opener, Tupperware box, garbage bag, matches.

The activities

There are many different hikes around the 108 acres of farm, as well as surrounding forest and fields.
Surfing - one of the world's top surf spots is located 10 minute drive down the hill.
Horse riding - a riding school is located a 15 minute drive from the farm.

Other things

We can rent tents, mattresses and pillows if needed.

Rules

Check in between 3pm and 4pm, unless otherwise arranged.
Check out before 12pm the next day.

Access 24/7.

Smoking allowed, once respectful of other campers.

Pets must be cleaned up after and kept on leash.

Possibility of breakfast ($15 / person)

A choice of four (4) options: Free range eggs (any style), PEG pork sausages, sauteed farm greens, roasted breadfruit, fried plantains, roasted tomatoes, organic toast, cassava pancakes.

Tents 7-8: 8 adults ($40/per night)

Excellent

  • Calm and serenity assured.
    The campsite is difficult to find when you don't know it and very difficult to access without a car.
    But once you're there, you'll have a magnificent view and all the amenities.
    Very nice and helpful people and a great restaurant at the farm.
