  • A fantastic stay right down by the river with a big fire to keep me warm on a cold night, Philippe went above and beyond to give me food and build the fire, he even showed me his bee farm and gave me breakfast with a demonstration on how he farms bees! a must stay! thank you Philippe

  • Impeccable host... just like last time!
Unfortunately this time I couldn't stay long, as I was only there for one night, as I was just passing through.
But like last time: perfect welcome, the site is always superb and Philippe always takes care of everything.
    I recommend it to everyone!

  • I spent only one night at Philippe's place. It is a bit of paradise, a beautiful garden with a slow little river at the bottom. The road to it is very small and bumpy, not suitable for big caravans or campers but I could just handle it (Hobby 420). There's wifi at a seperate setting close to the owners house. Philippe is a very friendly person, he showed me around and told me all about his passion as a beekeeper, I tasted honey streight from the hive. Thank you very much Philippe, it's been a pleasure!

  • Many thanks to Philippe for his warm welcome and availability in a haven of peace on the banks of the river, with the added bonus of a pleasant canoe trip, a natural setting with no fuss, close to the beehives and vegetable garden :)

  • Phillipe made us feel verry welcome! He has a big heart for his garden and nature. There communication was quick. The path to the garden is a little bit small but you are ending up in a walhalla of nature and peace. With Phillipe as a great host!
Thank you again Phillipe and if we are going to visit Disney again (but then for real ;) with a van, we defently come back to you!

  • Philippe is whole-hearted, very friendly and accommodating, and loves to tell you all about his bees - and we love listening to him.
His grounds are magnificent, perfect for a green break not far from Paris.
I would recommend and return for his hospitality.
    Thanks again...!

  • Magnificent site at the edge of a river with just the song of the birds to accompany us. Dry toilets at disposal and a brazier to warm up in the evening.

Philippe is very generous and helpful.

    We will certainly come back!

  • A beautiful place at the edge of the river and a great welcome from Philippe in this small paradise. An evening full of serenity around the brazier. See you soon

  • Beautiful. I came for 2 days and stayed for more than two weeks. And I'll be back! A sublime setting at the edge of the river. You will have at your disposal an independent kitchen (with all the necessary tools) and dry toilets. The garden is huge, you can find a quiet corner without being disturbed. Philippe is a perfect host, don't hesitate to ask him questions about the life of plants or bees (his honey is delicious). Very nice experience. I will come back very soon.

  • The spot is always so nice, the honey delicious and the owner welcoming. We will be back!

  • We had an excellent stay with our family on Philippe's property.
The place is very pleasant to live, quiet, the summer kitchen is really very functional and swimming in the river a real plus!
Philippe was very welcoming and available.

  • Beautiful place between river and forest. Beautiful walk to make all around. Philippe's welcome was very pleasant and we will undoubtedly return very quickly to this place, which is less than an hour from Paris.

  • Great welcome from Philippe, super nice!
Beautiful experience of total disconnection at the edge of Philippe's sweet river. The ground is pleasant and well equipped with its toilet, electricity and its summer kitchen.

  • The children are delighted with their stay at Philippe's. They have very good memories! They keep very good memories of it!
Despite the very bad weather for the campsite, Philippe did everything to make our stay more pleasant.
A big thank you to him for his kindness and dedication.

  • Philippe is an extraordinary host.
We (my wife and daughter) stayed for two days in a minivan in his (huge and beautiful) garden and it was just perfect.
The view is splendid: the site is located on the river and it is absolutely quiet.
Philippe is extremely welcoming and friendly. And he will share with you his advice on the area (walks, activities etc).
Moreover, if you want to learn more about bees, he will answer all your questions, as a wise beekeeper;-)
Really a great place and a great host in every way and to be recommended with your eyes closed.
We will return if our adventures take us back to the region.
    The best of the best.

  • Great welcome from Philippe, very nice !
Spot at the top ! ... in edge of river, the total kif !
... and we left with three jars of honey, a delight !!!
We will come back for sure !

  • Nice experience of total disconnection at the edge of Philippe's sweet river. The site is pleasant and well equipped with a barbecue, a badminton court, toilets and a summer kitchen. The owner is very attentive. An enchanting place.

  • We spent a pleasant time in this small green setting by the river. Philippe welcomed us warmly for the end of our stay
To recommend for small vans or tents (narrow access at the end of the road)

  • My daughter and her friends had a very pleasant stay in this marvellous green, calm and shady place. (Exactly as you see it on the picture). Meals by the river on the big table, long walks in the surroundings, farniente and volleyball in the nice garden, BBQ and brazier in the evening...to specify, on the other side of the river, there is a lot of traffic during the day, walkers and fishermen. Philippe, who lives at the top of the property in his small house, was very helpful. This nature lover, available, accommodating and always smiling, even played the game to organize the surprise arrival of my daughter's friends. And as he is a beekeeper, he even sold us a few jars of honey from his bees.
My daughter and her friends left delighted. Thank you Philippe, and see you soon!

  • Very nice garden, calm and relaxing, exceptional fishing spot, Philippe takes care of his guests
