Description

The setting

I am on a corner lot right off the road. Still a pretty peaceful area of Wilmington. Have a nice garden and plenty of space for you to do whatever it is you like. A good amount of the yard is shaded. Nice spot if you want to come visit Wilmington.

The spots

The yard is flat. Nice big trees for shade. I have a front porch you can relax on if you like.

The sanitary facilities

Not really anywhere outside to use the bathroom. If you want to pee behind my shed that is fine. I will let you in to shower and use the restroom. I have well water. Not the best for drinking.

The amenities

You can use my wi-fi. I have a grill. You can run an extension cord off my house if you need to. Bathroom is available just bring your own stuff.

The activities

Got room for grilling, lounging, corn hole, and whatever else you might want to do.

Clean up after yourself and all that.
